MAKEUP

When do I use a Primer?
Apply primer first as a moisturiser and primer all in one!

If I am unsure of what shades will match my skin tone, do you offer colour matching services?
Yes we do offer a Professional Colour Matching Service. 

If I prefer full coverage, what products do you suggest I use?

Can I use sunscreen when I wear my Zuii Makeup?
Yes of course you can. We recommend applying this before your Liquid Foundation if you are wanting a higher sun protection than our products already offer. Ensure that the sunscreen is oil free.

 

TANNING

How long should I leave the Tanning Foam on for?
For the deepest, long lasting result, we recommend applying Zuii Tanning Foam a few hours before going to bed. Sleep in our Tan and wash off in the morning. Our products do not stain and will wash out of your sheets with ease. Wearing our Tanning Foam on the skin for 6 hours, allows your tan to last for up to two weeks!

What products do you recommend using for Tanning Aftercare?
Here at Zuii HQ we highly recommend the use of our Body wash everyday to pro long your tan and hydrate the skin. Our Body Wash is soap free and PH Balanced ensuring the skin is left nourished and hydrated. To moisturise the skin, we recommend the use of our Gradual Body Tan Lotion or Dry Oil Tan Extender.

Do I need to exfoliate before Tanning?
Yes we always suggest for the most Natural long lasting tan to exfoliate using our Exfoliating Body Polish or Mitts with our Body Wash. Use the Organic Cotton and Copper Mitt if you have a Sensitive Skin and or Exfoliating Mitt if you prefer a strong Exfoliating Mitt.

Who Certifies Zuii? 
Nasaa Certified Organic (Australian Certification, highest standard) & Cosmos Organic (European). The Vegan Society for our Vegan products. Check out our certification page for more details here.

What is your percentage of Certification?
Zuii’s full range is Certified Organic, holding the highest Certification in the Certified Organic World at 95% Certified Organic Ingredients. 95% real Flowers and Essential Oils in all products.

Why should I use Certified Organic products?
Here at Zuii Organic our products are the purest form of Cosmetics available. Free of any toxic chemicals, Parabens, GMO Ingredients, Petrochemicals, Talc, Nano Particles. Our products are made to treat your skin, while wearing makeup allowing your skin to breathe through out the day. Active Essential Oils will treat particular skin conditions and issues.

How do I reset my username/password?
When logging in, your user name is your email address. If you are unsure on which email address you have linked to your Zuii account, email our customer service team. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot your Password” in the login section.

How do I access my online account?
Once you have created an account you will receive an automated email confirming your details. You can log in here.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS


What can I do if my product doesn’t meet my expectations or is damaged in transit?
Here at Zuii, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns page for information on how to can return or exchange your order. 

Please note, choose colours carefully as we do not refund or exchange for incorrect colour choice. Use our Colour Match service to have our makeup artist select the right shades for you. 

Please also note, if your product is faulty, you must alert us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can organise a refund or exchange.

What is Zuii's policy for shipping to a third party?
We love sending gifts on your behalf. If you would like to order our products for someone special, you can request a different shipping address. Simply unselect the option “ship to the same address” and enter the recipient's address. All order confirmations will be emailed to your email.

How long will my order take?
Delivery terms are dependent on where you live. Please visit our Shipping page for more info.

What are our delivery charges?
We make every effort to reduce delivery charges while still offering a speedy and reliable service. Your shipping cost will depend on the product/s you have purchased and the shipping option you have chosen. Please visit our Shipping page for more information. Please note, we offer $2.95 shipping for up to 10 samples. Once your order goes over this allocation, you will be charged standard shipping rates.


How do I track my order and order history?
If you selected shipping with tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can then track your order via the shipping company’s online website. If you cannot locate this email or want to see your order history, you can do so by signing into your account via our website.

PAYMENT

What can I do if products are unavailable?
Zuii is rarely out of stock, but in the unlikely event that we are, our friendly customer service team members will contact you to arrange a solution.

How do I pay for an order?
Once you have completed your order, you will be able to pay in the checkout section. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.

Zuii has taken all reasonable measures to ensure your personal and credit card details are safe at all times.
